In response to solicitations inquiring whether there will be a second volume of Uncommon Character: Two working outlines are underway for a single potential sequel. One focuses on more non-fiction stories similar in nature to those in this edition. The other reveals unknown minor faith heroes of the kind generally suggested in Hebrews wherein the writer references “the great cloud of witnesses” that have come before us and who surround us. Those who have been selected are men and women that have received only passing mention in the Bible and almost no additional attention in biblical study aides, but whose lives and legacies hint that they are worthy of further research, understanding, and emulation. Either option would resume precisely where this one has ended.
